Maryland Flu Watch
The Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is using several methods to track flu activity in the state.
MARYLAND RESIDENTS: More than 850 Maryland residents have signed up to participate in the Maryland Resident Influenza Tracking Survey. They report in weekly via the Internet whether or not they’re experiencing influenza-like symptoms. You can join the effort by logging into:

MARYLAND HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS: Across Maryland, sentinel health care providers, such as physician offices and university health centers, are reporting the number of cases of flu-like illness they see on a weekly basis. More information can be found at:
