WASHINGTON — Survivors of a deadly Silver Spring fire at a pair of apartment buildings and left seven people dead, 25 injured and more than 150 others displaced have filed suit against Washington Gas and the apartments’ management company. The victims say they’re looking for the justice they deserve.
