University of Maryland students walk out of class to to support diversity on campus

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Hundreds of students at the University of Maryland put down their books and raised their voices in a demonstration to urge support for, what they called, marginalized groups on campus. The students say that while their rally was the result of the election of Donald Trump, it was meant to be a message about respecting the rights of others and not an anti-Trump protest.
