Bill Would Enhance Penalty for Committing a Violent Crime in Front of a Child
A bill that would impose harsher penalties upon those who commit violence in front of children was heard by the House Judiciary Committee, Tuesday. The enhanced penalty would include imprisonment for up to five years.
