ROCKVILLE — The results are in for Montgomery County’s 100,000 HOMES Campaign. Last week, the campaign went around the county identifying homeless men and women who were most in need of homes.
“About half of the people who we surveyed are at risk of death,” said Executive Director of the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless, Susie Sinclair-Smith.
