Kara Dixon is an undergraduate student at the University of Maryland Philip Merrill College of Journalism. She is covering diversity/ethnic/immigration issues and Prince George's County. Kara interned with TV3 Winchester and Full Circle Marketing. She is the president of the Maryland Association of Black Journalists and a student in the University Honors program.
