ANNAPOLIS–Attorneys for the state argued why Baltimore City Police Officer William Porter should be forced to testify against his fellow officers. Attorneys representing all of the officers charged in connection with Freddie Gray’s death made their case for why Porter should not be compelled to take the stand.
