BALTIMORE – After the death of Justice Antonin Scalia, questions persist about how the court will continue in his absence, and what his death could mean in Washington’s politically charged atmosphere. Mark Graber, a constitutional law professor at the University of Maryland Law School, gave some analysis of how the court will function with eight justices, and the future of Scalia’s empty seat.
