Baltimore State’s Attorney seeks changes for investigations into police misconduct

BALTIMORE – Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced Thursday sweeping reforms for the way police are investigated and prosecuted for alleged misconduct. Although Mosby presented a five point plan which called for collaborations with other agencies, a Capital News Service check discovered that none of the parties supposed to be involved knew about the proposals and the role they were to play.
