State begins new technology program to help vulnerable Marylanders

ANNAPOLIS, Maryland– With the help of $195 million in federal aid and $14 million from the state, Governor Hogan on Thursday announced the launching of the Maryland Total Human-services Information Network or “M-D THINK.” Hogan says this first-of-its-kind program is a big step forward in providing important human services to residents throughout the state.
