BALTIMORE, Maryland– Former Terp and Baltimore Raven Torrey Smith is fulfilling his promise to Baltimore. This past weekend he hosted his 8th annual Torrey Smith Family Fund Charity Basketball Game as a fundraiser to help kids in Baltimore schools.
