This map shows the percentage of homeless students enrolled in Maryland public schools in the 2011-2012 school year. These numbers do not include children not enrolled in public schools and students who have not identified as homeless. Wicomico and Somerset counties had the highest percentage of homeless students. Montgomery and Queen Anne's counties had the lowest percentage of homeless students. Source: Maryland State Department of Education.
