If You Build Nats Park, Development Will Come (Slowly)

When Nationals Park opened in 2008 there were high hopes for developing the area around the stadium. But the recession delayed progress for a few years. Now that the economy has picked back up, half of the total planned development is expected to be complete in the next two to three years.
