ANNAPOLIS, Maryland – Entrepreneur Elon Musk’s digging company, Boring Co., could start the construction of hyperloop tunnels, terminating near West Pratt and South Paca streets in Baltimore, as early as January, according to documents obtained by Capital News Service.
