Advocates Lobby on the Hill for Drunk Driving Measures

Washington, D.C. – Hundreds of Mothers Against Drunk Driving advocates from Maryland and around the rest of the country rally in Washington to urge Congress to fully fund federal highway safety programs and to add an amendment to the Constitution for victims’ rights. After the rally, the advocates visited their congressmen to lobby for the two measures.
