The Virginia State Budget Bill was released at noon on Thursday, March 7. State Senator, Louise Lucas, President pro tempore of the Senate of Virginia, told the Washington Post, Wednesday night, that no language will be included in the bill about the new arena Monumental Sports owner Ted Leonsis and Governor Glenn Youngkin have been planning to build.
