COLLEGE PARK- Many are looking to retire at the age of 69. But not Charlie Plaskon, a triathlete who also runs multiple marathons each year. Not only does age make his hobby a challenge, but so does the fact that Plaskon is legally blind. He uses the sight of others to guide him through races. And while training for this year’s Washington Marine Corps Marathon, Plaskon returned to a very special place.
