TOWSON – One in three women is affected by relationship violence — a statistic so significant it led Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger (D-MD) to take action. If his bill passes, May 3 would be named National One Love Day, in honor of Yeardley Love, who was attacked and killed by her ex-boyfriend on that date in 2010.
