As St. Patrick’s Day approaches, people in Annapolis are getting ready with their very own Irish Week.
For part of the celebrations, Galway Bay Irish Pub is sharing it’s own little taste of Irish History through a series of Irish History Dinners, where customers enjoy 3-course meals and learn about various topics of Irish-American culture and history.
This week, James Cheevers, the U.S. Naval Academy Museum Curator, educated Marylanders on the history of Irish in the United States Navy.
