George Washington’s Distillery Makes First Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Scottish distillers returned to George Washington’s Distillery at the late president’s Mount Vernon home to preview a rare single malt. In cooperation with American distillers, the Scottish whisky-makers spent three years creating the limited edition single malt whisky in the distillery that was built in 1797.
