ARLINGTON, VA — Lobbyists and congressmen hit the ice for the 8th Annual Congressional Hockey Challenge at the Capitals’ practice facility. The game raised money for the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, the Fort Dupont Ice Hockey Club, and the USA Warriors Ice Hockey Program. It was a close contest, but the lobbyists won 9-7, evening the series at 4-4.
