WASHINGTON — Despite going incredibly over budget and taking years to complete, the Washington DC Streetcar system is finally open. The 2.4 mile line offers service between Benning Road at Oklahoma Ave and Union Station by way of H Street. DC residents have mixed opinions on whether the streetcars are worth their taxpayer dollars.
