Felicia Houston is a reporter in the Capital News Service broadcast bureau. Felicia is from Philadelphia and is a graduate student at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park. She previously interned for Clear Channel Communications and WJLA and also volunteered for the Montgomery County Sentinel, Prince George's County Sentinel, and Takoma Park Voice newspapers.
