WASHINGTON – District of Columbia Mayor Muriel Bowser, Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett, and Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker met Thursday to sign the Anacostia Accord. The Accord is part of a larger effort to restore water quality throughout the Anacostia watershed.
