ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Anne Arundel County’s SPCA is working to make more room for Hurricane Matthew rescue dogs. The shelter had already taken in several hurricane rescues from South Carolina, but now with other regions in South Carolina being hit with unexpected flooding shelters are turning to Maryland for help.
