BALTIMORE, Maryland – Furry friends took over Baltimore’s Patterson Park on Saturday, October 22nd for BARCStoberfest. The yearly Halloween festival includes a costume contest for pets and raises money for Maryland’s largest companion animal shelter, BARCS.
