GAITHERSBURG – “That’s a Wrap” is a deli whose workforce is nearly exclusively individuals with developmental disabilities. The workers prepare and serve wraps, salads, smoothies, and other healthy meal options. The deli is run by Montgomery County nonprofit Community Support Services.
