WASHINGTON, DC – Metro riders got their chance to speak out for nearly 10 hours on Thursday about proposed cuts to metro hours and how it will affect them at a WMATA public hearing. The cuts are just part of an overall plan to eliminate a nearly $300 million budget shortfall.
