WASHINGTON – After passing through both ID checks at the #TRUMP420 event, a man was presented with a free joint by DCMJ volunteers in Dupont Circle on Friday, Jan. 20, 2017. The volunteers, who passed out more than 8,000 free joints, were in a cage to represent the current legal status of cannabis in much of the United States.
