WASHINGTON – DCMJ, the group coordinating the #TRUMP420 joint giveaway, advised patrons that is was, in fact, still illegal to smoke cannabis in public at the Friday, Jan. 20, 2017 event in Dupont Circle. This man, however was not alone in lighting up right after receiving a free joint.
