Fostering new hope: Family adopts three boys all born to addicted mothers

ANNAPOLIS, Maryland—The opioid epidemic touches countless lives, including many who are born into addiction. They are often placed into the foster care system. The Rentfrow family has three adopted sons, all of whom were affected by heroin abuse.
