UPPER MARLBORO, Maryland — The Prince George’s County 311 Call Center is celebrating its 5 year anniversary during National Customer Service Week. Over the last 5 years, the center has handled over one million non-emergency service requests by phone, email, letter, walk-in and through its online tool.
