ANNAPOLIS, Maryland — After the Trump administration’s attempt to eliminate funding for the Chesapeake Bay Program early in 2017, advocates and lawmakers say they’re concerned about the future of efforts to clean-up the Bay and say they will continue to fight to restore funds to the federal budget.
