ANNAPOLIS, Maryland — The NHL has officially begun the transformation of the Navy Marine-Corps Memorial Stadium into an outdoor hockey rink where the Washington Capitals will take on the Toronto Maple Leafs. For both teams it will be their third outdoor appearance ever. The game is part of the NHL’s annual Stadium Series and will be held on March 3rd.
