ARNOLD, Maryland—It’s a first-of-its-kind course in Maryland: a class on the business of cannabis. It’s being taught at Anne Arundel Community College by Shad Ewart. Ewart calls this period of time the “Green Rush” and says it’s motivated many to enter the cannabis business across the country.
