COLLEGE PARK, Maryland – Voters across the state are not only selecting statewide and local candidates on their ballots but will also have a say on two constitutional amendments. One of the amendments will allow election day voter registration; the other amendment seeks to ensure that the state’s proceeds from gambling will be used solely for educational purposes.
