BALTIMORE, Maryland — TSA workers and air traffic controllers at BWI airport are starting to feel the pinch from the on-going partial shutdown of the government. Maryland U.S. Senator Ben Cardin met several of those workers at BWI saying he hoped the American people are outraged that those impacted by the shutdown were still continuing to work without getting paid.
