The Texas and Washington court rulings have sent states’ access to medical abortion in question. The Maryland Attorney General joined with 17 other state attorney generals in order to ensure Washington state’s ruling protected Maryland’s access to Mifepristone, a widely used and FDA-approved abortion pill.
