ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Caroline LaPere is set to testify before Maryland lawmakers to gain support for the proposed Pava LaPere Initiative Acceleration Grant Program. The program is intended to help increase entrepreneurial innovation in the state by providing grants to technology based startups founded by students at universities in the Baltimore city and county areas.
