WASHINGTON- The House of Representatives passed a bill regarding the redevelopment of RFK Stadium. It would clear the way for a potential new home for the Washington Commanders. Under new owner Josh Harris, the Commanders are looking to move from FedEx Field in Landover Md., to a new location. RFK Stadium was home to the franchise from 1961 through 1996.
