Steph Quinn

Steph Quinn is a second-year master's student at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism covering social services for Capital News Service in Annapolis. Before Quinn began reporting, she earned a Ph.D. in history, researching and writing about the history of Namibia during apartheid.

Angelique Gingras

Angelique Gingras is an alumna CNS Annapolis Bureau, where she was a business reporter in Fall 2023 and Spring 2024. She graduated in May 2024 with dual Bachelor's degrees in journalism and history. During her time at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism, she worked with the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism and was president of UMD's National Press Photographer's Association chapter.
