The Maryland Consortium on Coordinated Community Supports — which issued $111 million in grants to address youth mental health in 2024 — issued two grants totaling $655,000 in Caroline County:
- Choptank Community Health System Inc. received $330,000 to provide individual therapy, care coordination, substance use prevention and suicide prevention efforts, and family support.
- Caroline County Behavioral Health received $325,000 for counseling, peer support services, case management services, community outreach, family supports and transportation.
