COLLEGE PARK, Md – The FBI announced that Portland Trailblazers coach Chauncey Billups, Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and former NBA player Damon Jones were among more than 30 people indicted in two separate but connected investigations into illegal gambling. At the college level, the NCAA will allow their athletes to bet on professional sports beginning Nov. 1.
