BALTIMORE – The Buzz Williams era began for Maryland men’s basketball last night as the squad tipped off its season in Baltimore’s Hall of Fame Series against Coppin State. Despite being without starters Myles Rice and Solomon Washington, it was a next-man-up effort as five Terps scored in double figures.
