ANNAPOLIS – Supporters for clean energy, including wind and solar power, rallied in front of the State House, Wednesday, calling for lawmakers to introduce and pass the Maryland Clean Energy Advancement Act that will increase the clean electricity standard to 40 percent by 2025.
