ROCKVILLE, Md. — After a complaint followed by an investigation, the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Department was subject to a review of its sick leave usage by employees, often nearing retirement, by a County Council committee. As a result, the MCFRD has now tightened up its sick leave policies.
