COLLEGE PARK, MARYLAND — This March marks the second annual Maryland Wine Month, hosted by the Maryland Wine Association (MWA). Wineries across the state are celebrating throughout the month with special deals and events.
Though not many people associate Maryland with wineries, there are nearly 1,000 acres of grapes growing in the state, according to MWA.
Looking to raise a glass to celebrate? Check out one of the many wineries throughout the state.
And during your visit, snap some pics! Winery-goers are sharing their Maryland Wine Month experiences on social media.
