OXON HILL, Maryland – Governor Hogan, his family and a couple of thousand friends celebrated his inauguration and second term in office with a gala Wednesday night at the MGM National Harbor. The room was bathed in purple light in a visual display of the Governor’s on-going pledge to seek a bipartisan approach to the issues facing the state.
