The battle between President Trump and supporters of the Affordable Care is just heating up. The democratic members of Maryland’s Congressional delegation say repealing Obamacare could be devastating for more than half-a-million Marylanders.
States nominate President Barack Obama as Democratic candidate Wednesday night.
After arriving in Charlotte prior to the Democratic National Convention, it was time for the Maryland delegation to celebrate. But state Democratic Party Chair Yvette Lewis let her group know there was work to be done in the upcoming week.
While the forecast changed Monday’s convention plans, the Maryland delegation spent some of the day touring historic Ybor City. Some also attended a welcome party Sunday night held at Tropicana Field.
