Stink Bugs Pose Continuing Threat to Maryland Crops
Crop damage caused by the brown marmorated stink bug, an invasive species introduced to North America in the late 1990s, was particularly severe in 2010 and 2011. Although damage has decreased since then, there’s no reason to believe the insect is in decline.
